US Domestic Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS and processed within 5-10 days from the time the order is placed. The day an order is shipped does not reflect as a day in transit. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be processed by the following Monday and shipped within the above mentioned days.
If your address is incorrect on the confirmation and needs to be updated you will need to email us for minor corrections such as zip code, apartment number, house number. For fraud protection and prevention, we can not change an entire shipping address which was entered in error.
Once your package has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for the transit. If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Returns
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products we currently do no offer exchanges or returns. If we made an error with your order such as sending the wrong product, please contact our customer support team sales@kissedbythesunskincare.com for assistance. We will correct your order and sent it out with no additional cost.
If you are concerned regarding how our products may interact with your medical conditions, please make sure to view the product information on our website prior to opening the products. There are no refunds for opened products.
